Privacy Policy

When you request a strategy call, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name and practice name
• Your practice website
• Your phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• The service you are interested in

This site is for business inquiries. Do not include patient names, health information or any other protected health information in the form or in your messages to us.

We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule your strategy call and prepare the audit. We do not sell your information.

We use service providers to run the site and handle requests. They process data only to provide those services:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides the security check on the form
• Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets), where form submissions are stored and where we receive notification emails

The site does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond and to follow up about the service, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws such as those in California and Texas may give you the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email smsd34@gmail.com.

This site is for dental practice owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
